Refund request

I have done a refund and my pay just now account was credited. I requested for a refund to be done to my account as I will no longer need the pay just now account. It has been a week and I cannot get my refund from them. Emails have been sent and I have been on the Whats App line everyday trying to get my money back. these people are just not helpfull. how do I get my money back. Terrible service to use. will not recommend it to anybody
