Refund request

It's been 2 days since I request My refund and now there is just dead silence on their end . They requested a letter which was sent to them to process the refund and yet nothing has been refunded . Emails has been sent everyday from my end to them and they are just silent . So unprofessional honestly .

Please refund my money ASAP!

Super quick to deduct but when it comes to paying back it's a whole long process of silence !
