Refund process needs improvement

PayJustNow has a very bad process when it comes to processing refund look at the complaints here.....when I point this out to one of their customer support the answer was we do not care about Hello Peter if you say this you actually saying you do not care about your customers. It can not be that your customers are giving you valuable FREE feedback and not care about it!! The team down in Cape Town needs to sit down and think of a new way to improve refunds back to customers accounts. 1. One of the best way to easy the process is to refund back to credit card used. 2. verify customers fully during registration and do not try to verify customers during refund process as this create unhappiness with your customers that you want 1000's things now when am suppose to get my money back. 3. Improve transparency to show the status of the refund e.g. initiated --> finance processing--->paid out
