refund limit and my 1st payment

I went to Makro to purchase,total R970.paid R317 via my capitec account.transaction went through and also from my available limit.while i waited for slip the till said declined.bcoz its declined frm makro they said I can hav what I purchased I paid cash,now my capitec transaction has to be reversed and as well as my limit.I cant even get hold of u guys
