Refund Horror

I returned shoes i bought early in November of 2025 and since then i have been waiting for them to credit my account. Its the 2nd of December and still no refund. They told me to contact Superbalist of which i did and they told me they did the refund the 17th of November.. both these companies are sending from one to the other with no resolution to my problem.
