refund

Good day

I had a refund to my wallet form one of the suppliers .Since last week I have tried to get it to my bank account because my account with PAY JUST NOW has been settled .I have sent proof of banking details and confirmation letter but still .I need a refund ASAP to use the funds . Please refund before close of business today
