Trust all is well

I am court in the middle of pay just now and Edgars. 3months ago I went to Edgars maponya made a purchase the system was offline but money left my pay just now account. The lady at Edgars told me that the money would be reversed automatically and I can purchase cash which I did, however pay just now has been deducting. I filled in a dispute for from Edgars and money is not being reversed. Pay just now keeps sending me to Edgars. Guys I just want money that's all
