Refund delayed

I returned an item I purchased through Pay Just Now, but it’s been three weeks and I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve tried chatting with their online agents, but they haven’t provided any solution. At one point, they said it was Adidas’s fault, but Adidas confirmed it’s not on their side. At this point, I honestly don’t know what else to do.
