Refund delayed

I was purchasing table and chair, the transaction was unsuccessful and they they deducted my money and promised to return/refund it within 1-3 working days, as they are processing it manually. However, I haven’t received anything in my wallet or bank account until today. I am really frustrated with how they are handling things, because it has been 2 weeks now without any positive feedback or refund .
