REFUND COMPLAIN!

Good day,

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal refund from PayJustNow.

I made an order with Apple Guy on 20 March 2026 and later cancelled the order on 24 March 2026. The refund was processed on 30 April 2026, and I immediately requested a withdrawal of the funds.

However, until today, the money has still not reflected in my account. I have contacted PayJustNow several times through email, and they keep saying they are experiencing issues with withdrawals. Despite this, I have not received any proper feedback, timeline, or resolution, and my money is still missing.

I am very frustrated because this matter has been ongoing for a long time without any assistance or clear communication.

Please assist in escalating this matter and helping me get feedback and my refund processed urgently.
