Refund and Cancellation

I have been very patient but I feel as though nobody is taking it serious , on the 1st of November I went to Legit Alberton to purchase some items , due to complications and network issues the lady could not proceed with the order , the first payment made was refunded but now I’m battling to get the second and Third payment , I have called the company numerous times ,if they not telling me to visit the store they dropping the call in my ear or asking me to hold for a very long period . This is getting frustrating as a supporting consumer because I would like a refund and cancellation pertaining to this matter .
