Refund and cancel the next 2 debits

The store was given a qr scanner for different store and I made payment. I went to one of the stores in Durban to buy perfume but pay just now gave them a QR scanner which is wrong first payment of R300 is made.please cancel the next 2 debit orders and refund my payment I tried calling your support I'm not happy with the automated response.I need assistance and I need to speak to a human being no machinery *** ID ***.
