Refund

The customer care service sucks, I bought an item via payjustnow and then the shop that I bought the item from refunded the amount to pay just now, when I call them in regards of the refund they don't give me a straight answer, I've sent emails, called them and even used the chat box on the app, but they failed to help me. Their customer care sucks.
