Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Tried calling PayJustNow, I haven’t been able to go through. Wrote them an email on Monday morning, their response was that they would give feedback within 48hrs. It’s Saturday morning, still nothing. How difficult is it reviewing my request on a spend increase? I’ve been with you guys from 2022 and have not missed a single payment. As mentioned on my request, I need an increase before 31/03/24 - review and revert urgently
