I am speaking to people on the chat with no specific answer. Tried calling and you keep cutting my calls. I am extremely unhappy with the service. You guys say you will be reversing the payment but no one can give turn around times.

I don’t think your staff know what is customer service - I want my funds to I can purchase again. Please can someone contact me telephonically to get this matter resolved asap
