Poor very poor no words for they ****y service

I bought in Dec 2025 on my payjustnow account and did not see that they will deduct in Dec 2025 so i was late to pay. So in Jan they did deduct the amount for Dec with intrest that was double the amount i had to pay and did another Deduction on 25 Jan and also double the amount and for Jan payment was on time 💔😡😡 and should have only took what my balance was so i basically paid more than my account credit and extra. Can you kindly refund my extra R200 that you took please
