Poor service
Poor communication, I’ve been following up on my refund and they are not even responding to my emails, I’ve been trying to get this resolved for almost 3 weeks now and its dragging without a reason.

21 Sept 2024, 13:29Good day, kindly note that till to date I have not yet received my refund, advises was that I was going to get my refund within 3-4 working days and that was on Tuesday, Friday I check my wallet balance and the money has bounced back into their wallet account that is day 3 of course, now I just tried to do another withdrawal and I am getting an error message meaning I won’t be getting my money anytime soon. I have screenshots supporting this review but I can’t even attach it here, I don’t know how to..I’m honestly annoyed, a whole month really
