Poor service and unfair treatment

I cant deal with this service really, I have tried calling and each time my call is disconnected I have even sent emails and I'm still not getting Joy

I paid double what was expected from me and I'm still being debited every second day, what nonsense is this, my payment was not even acknowledged by the company
