Poor Service and poor response

Im writing this review with a very sad sad heart i have being using this account of quite some time, last month i made my last payment then i went to Steve Madden menlyn to buy myself a pair of shoes and paid a deposit to release my purchase of R666 after a week a debit order came through and found nothing in my account since then i have being getting missed payment notification and the money has doubled to 2 instalments in one month and again the dates have changed i still need to make another payment on the 1st of October instead of 31st of October im so disappointed with pjn i called them severally with no luck im highly not happy with their service and response their service is bad and ********* kindly help. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼😞😞
