Poor service and application not working

Twice now I have had the embassing experience of having to leave my groceries because the PJN app doesn't work. 1st my money was taken but the merchant was not paid so I had to wait 5 days for a refund which is ridiculous. Again today no OTP was supp**** so I could not compete my purchase. This has happened at the same Makro in Strubenvalley.
