Poor service

Their customer service is bad . I have tried numerous times to contact them on their chat,Facebook and whatsapp and all i get is a aotomated machine. I would like to enquire about 1. Shoprite voucher was not split into 3 payments. 2. facility increase. No one is willing to help I have made a shoprite voucher they didn't split it they took R1200 instead of R400.
