Poor Service

I recently tried to become a member and register for this service. A similar service took me a few minutes to complete. I had no issues, and i have an excellent credit score. So i got a good amount i can spend as i can pay it back. I'm always on time paying back my debt as well.

The problem came in when i followed the same steps but got no amount to downpay from Just Pay Now. I explained the situation and as they state, they will keep you updated and follow up regarding this. The response time was extremely slow.

I have sent multiple follow up mails after sending them my payslip and ID as requested, and have had no feedback, no follow up and nothing has changed on my account. So I'm technically *****ed as I cant use the service, and they are blocking me to do so when I can use other services.

In my job I would never treat a customer like this, as I work with customers on a daily basis.
