Poor Service

Not being able to get hold of the contact center agent in times of serious query and always doing a follow up on a query is unprofessional. The system somehow double charged me and I brought the matter to their attention, sent documents as proof but the matter is still not resolved. I can't wear my dress since the matter is not resolved and I have a wedding to attend this weekend.
