Poor customer service

I cannot unsubscribe to their emails. I get a marketing email EVERY SINGLE DAY! I cannot manage my preferences because I cannot login into my account. When I try reset my password, I do not get the reset instructions in my email. I cannot register a new account because apparently I have an existing account. I have emailed them to remove my details from their database and they responded that I have been unsubscribed yet I STILL RECEIVE EMAILS ON A DAILY BASE! Their chat function is basically useless and their phones are unanswered. I don’t want this account, I’ve never used this account and I would like it to be closed and my details be deleted from your database with immediate effect.
