Poor Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received from PayJustNow. In December, I purchased a dress from Forever New using PayJustNow. The item was returned as it did not suit me, however when I logged into my PayJustNow account, the full amount is still reflected as outstanding and is due to be deducted, despite the return being completed. I have sent emails and attempted to call multiple times to make PayJustNow aware of this issue, but I have received no response whatsoever. It is very frustrating and concerning that there has been no assistance or acknowledgement, especially when this directly affects payments being deducted from my account. I have done everything expected of me as a customer, yet I am left with no support or resolution. The lack of communication and responsiveness is unacceptable.
