Poor customer service

Poor customer service. I was suppose to receive an refund on my account. Never received anything on top of it they still deduct the money out of my bank account.

I hope they see the message on here because they don't respond to emails or the online chat.

When I look at reviews it's apparently what they do to customers people wait months for response and assistance
