I bought something via payjustnow on the 7th and was promised will pay 3 installments and I will receive my order after I just made first payment then 2 installments later.

They decided to deduct twice in 1 month on the 7th and 15th without me receiving my order, when I send them email they told me they can’t help me I must contact the Marchant if I want to cancel the order.

I did contact the merchant they can’t even help me it seems as if they don’t really care.

Now I’m stuck this people continue to deduct my money yet they can’t help me to get my order or refund my money I’m sitting in the dark.

I just want my money back,
