Paystretch funds refund for the order they did not pay

I made an order by sleep masters using pay just now on pay stretch facilities however the payment was deducted on me payment not made to the store. I have been struggling for a week now to get my pay stretch funds to be returned, the line is forever busy all the time when you try to call, emails unattended, now i am going going to be deducted money for funds that was never been used at all. I am frustrated they keep referring one to do live chat which you will wait the whole day without being assisted i really dont now whag do to at the moment
