Payment through Pay just now which was not fully processed and money was deducted from the consumer

I bought items from queens park on the 6th May 2025 through pay just now, money was deducted from my account and I received an email confirming that the process was succesful, my order number is *** however email was not sent to Queens park shop so the shop could not release the items I bought. Payment was processed but purchased items could not be handed over to me as the email from pay just now was not sent to the store. Email was sent to them to enquire on the same day but to date they have not responded I sent follow up email on the 7th and was not responded to, I tried to make several calls to them which I was answered by machine. This is really an inconvenience.
