Payment query unresolved

Poor customer service I made a manual payment the app said error and my money will be returned to my account the money wasn’t returned to my account and then my account was debited for the same amount again everytime I call I can’t get through and when I chat on the app it says I can’t be helped there either because there’s to much enquiries it’s ridiculous
