payment issuse on my payjust now account from December month

26 Jan 2026, 07:30Why was 169÷173 debited from my account in December when I was told in November i need to pay 160 + the outstanding on my acc n thn moving forward only 160 for December n thn Jan but to my notice December 160+173 was debited n now Jan they want to debit again even said from 160 they added another 120 so it's 280 outstanding how the hell ... no reply on emails but easy to take the money n debi payments that was not due .. please assistance is appreciated
