PayMeNow Staff Pathetic!

This company has the worst Customer Relations. I tried to sign up on PayJustNow whereby i followed through with the process. Profile was created and i was asked to sign in everytime i tried to sign in it kept directing me to Step 3/3 of the Complete your profile page - completed the page kept giving me an error.

I then proceed to consult with numerous online agents who could not assist.... 1 Agent even advised me that she would get the Developers to have a look and provide feedback(which was never executed) after going back and forth with numerous agents and the problem still not being dealt with - then i proceed to email them 3 days has passed with no response or acknowledgement just a automated response thanking me for reaching out!!

Upon some research i found that this company has a very poor Customer Liaison tactic.

Will this ever be sorted? Please can someone from PayJustNow reach out and assist...
