PayJustNow with bad customer service

When you forget your logins the App doesn't help mostly, I spent so much money even calling their call center but I still can't log in to my account because they'll tell you to click forgot but you'll wait for that email till Jesus comes back and when you try live chat that option just looks at you it doesn't take you anywhere.

I got one guy twice on the call center who was very much impatient and I wasted lots of airtime waiting for the email he said I should use to reset my new password since yesterday that email either it was sent or he is not properly trained and I ended up deleting the App
