Payjustnow refunds

I bought things from Takealot and Takealot refunded me on the 1st of June to payjust account and I tried to withdraw the money from the wallet. It the second time now trying to withdraw and they been telling me about technical issues errors after so many days waiting. Never use it ever . They have credited my wallet for the 2nd time am tired now
