PayjustNow provided the bad service ever there's no customer's service

On the 31st I was by Takkie Town at Campus Square I went to buy takkies for my son soo apparently there's a mistake that happened the takkies their R1000 and the cashier typed in R750 instead of leaving it like that now the money it's been deducted on my account and still I have no takkies for my son and we tried calling them no luck for the refund as it needs to be refunded and charged again PayjustNow has the worst bad service ever the lady instore tried her level best but no luck at all can they just refund the R750 including my first installment soo that I can buy the takkies for my boy that's it..
