PAYJUSTNOW - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I made a mistake and paid all the outstanding installments before purchasing, I then went ahead and purchased what I needed, I then send PayJust Now a message on their chat, WhatsApp and Facebook and they always say I must contact them again due to them having many queries. Why do I need to keep contacting them 5ndays after my first query. Poor customer service
