Payjustnow payment error

Payjustnow failed to debit from my account and claims I don't have enough funds however when I attempt to make a payment it also give an error, this is ridiculous as their arrears are extremely high, and their call center is poorly useless, their agents just drops your call. This is poor service to the core.
