PayJustNow must #PayBackTheMoney

Hi Hello Peter, I have a bone to pick with PayJustNow, I app**** for an account with PayJustNow a few months ago, they gave me R2000 buying power, of which I spent R1300 and was left with R700 balance with 3 months to pay, I paid the first amount/R666.66 of what was divided into 3 months immediately then settled the whole amount on the 2nd month. I expected the R700 to still be there but realized that they had credited me with another R2000 but the R700 had disappeared, I queried the matter and was assured by one of their representatives that the amount would be made available after the expenditure of the 2nd R2000. This has not happened, as if to say I forfeit the R700. Please assist me
