PayJustNow is useless

This thing of PayJustNow its ****** useless for me personally, I went and bought at Edgars and using payjusnow and my transaction with Edgars it showed decline but the transaction went through my bank account and there was a notification showing that it went through even on my Bank account but this ****** company refuses to refund me and it has been more than 48hours and they can't even get back to me.
