PayJustNow is a predatory company

I'm very unhappy with PayJustNow. They claim to be an interest free solution for buy now pay later but actually their entire system is a trick. I bought timberland boots and the shop assistant sold me this PayJustNow. My boots were 6400 and I only took out 1000 on PayJustNow. They devided tge 1000 into 3 payments of 333.33 they charged me the first installment at point of purchase. The store assistant said I'll pay again next month. To my horror they try to take money again at the end of the same month. Then they impose hearty and ******* penalties. They took 700 the next month and now they're demanding yet another installment. This is a **** and it's because as a lay by, they fall outside the financial services act. Theses are worse than loansharks. They did the exact same to my girlfriend who purchased boots. And she was given the same but hers was 700 odd per month. I paid to her account the first installment at point of purchase mid last month. On Thursday last week(end of the month) they tried to *******ly draw the second installment in the same month. This morning they deducted 890 from my account. There is absolutely no way to call and speak to anyone in yhis company. There is no way to remove a card from their app as a payment method. They deduct when they're not supposed to so they can send your account into areas so they can charge mafia rates to your account. PayJustNow is a horrible corporate citizen. I will be taking this matter up personally and as the CEO of the National Black Business Caucus NBBC of the Black Business Council BBC, I will be raking thus matter to be reviewed by the parliamentary committee on the financial services sector for subsectoral regulation and oversight on impact to consumers, just the same way I took the banking sector to the same committee.
