PayJustNow :Horrible Service REFUND ME!!!

I have made several attempts to complain through PayJustNow about one of their store that I have bought from and products are not yet delivered. The store is MKM Ladies Essentials. I made an order on the 28 November 2025 and till date I have not received my products!!!!! PayJustNow has taken the first instalment and I’m expected to make the second instalment on the 27 December 2025 but how when I have not received my products are!!! PayJustNow is now working with *****sters that take people for a ride meanwhile they make collection on behalf of this MKM Ladies Essentials!!!! I WANT MY REFUND FROM PAYJUSTNOW!!!Their customer service is the pits . They are useless like MKM Ladies Essentials!!!!
