PayJustNow Fails to Update Settled Debt After 6 Months Despite Repeated Proof

A Direct Message to PayJustNow

PayJustNow, I need this matter treated with the urgency it deserves.

My account continues to reflect an outstanding balance despite my having settled the debt with Nimble Group and submitted an official paid-up letter on four separate occasions.

I have been trying to resolve this matter for six months. Instead of correcting the account, I have now received a payment demand threatening account closure if the alleged outstanding balance is not paid by the end of October.

I will not pay the same debt twice simply because your records have not been updated.

I request that you urgently reconcile my account against the settlement records held by Nimble Group, correct the outstanding balance, and confirm in writing that the matter has been resolved.

If PayJustNow disputes the settlement, I require a detailed written breakdown of the amount allegedly outstanding and an explanation of how it was calculated, taking into account the payment already made.

I also request confirmation that the disputed balance will not be inaccurately reported to credit bureaus while this matter is being investigated.

I have provided the necessary documentation repeatedly. I now expect action, accountability and a clear resolution.

Writing PayJustNow: Six Months of Ignored Emails Despite a Paid-Up Letter — Now Threatening to Close My Account! I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way PayJustNow has handled my account. There was a period when I experienced financial difficulties and could not keep up with my payments. My account was subsequently handed over to Nimble Group for debt collection. I took responsibility for my outstanding debt, paid the amount owed in full, and obtained an official paid-up letter from Nimble Group. I then emailed the paid-up letter to PayJustNow, expecting my account to be updated accordingly. However, SIX MONTHS LATER, my account still has not been corrected! What makes this situation even more unacceptable is that I have been communicating with PayJustNow and have sent the same paid-up letter FOUR TIMES. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this matter, nothing has been done. Then, on Thursday, 15 October 2026, I received an SMS informing me that I must pay the outstanding balance by the end of October or my account will be closed. Excuse me? WHAT OUTSTANDING BALANCE? I have already settled the debt and have an official paid-up letter to prove it. How can PayJustNow continue to treat my account as though I still owe money when I have repeatedly provided proof that the debt has been settled? I understand that financial difficulties can happen, and I took responsibility for mine by paying what I owed. What I cannot understand is why I must spend six months chasing a company to update its records after I have fulfilled my obligation. This is a complete failure of customer service, communication and accountability. Customers should not have to send the same document four times, wait six months for a resolution, and then receive threatening messages about outstanding balances on accounts they have already paid up. I am tired of repeating myself and getting nowhere. I should not have to resort to public complaints to get a straightforward administrative matter resolved. What I expect from PayJustNow: An urgent investigation into my account and the paid-up letter issued by Nimble Group. Immediate correction of my account balance to reflect that the debt has been settled, subject to verification of the settlement. Written confirmation that the account will not be closed or adversely affected because of this unresolved administrative issue. Confirmation that any applicable credit bureau information has been corrected. A proper explanation for why my repeated emails and supporting documentation have gone unresolved for six months. I have fulfilled my responsibility by paying my debt. It is now PayJustNow's responsibility to investigate this matter and resolve it without further unnecessary delays. I expect a meaningful resolution, not another generic response promising that the matter will be escalated. PayJustNow, please stop sending me payment demands and start resolving the issue I have been raising for the past six months. I have done my part. Now do yours.
