PayJustNow – Facilitating Transaction with Alleged **** Merchant

I am extremely disappointed with my experience involving PayJustNow and a merchant called Furniture Spot.

I used PayJustNow to purchase a coffee table from Furniture Spot after seeing the store advertised/available through the platform. I re**** on PayJustNow as a trusted payment facilitator, assuming that merchants on their platform are properly vetted.I used PayJustNow to purchase a coffee table from Furniture Spot after seeing the store advertised/available through the platform. The business has since become unreachable/appears to no longer exist, and I have since discovered that multiple other consumers are reporting similar experiences of non-delivery and suspected *****ulent activity.My complaint is not only against Furniture Spot, but also against PayJustNow for continuing to facilitate transactions for a merchant that is now allegedly linked to widespread consumer complaints and possible ****-related behaviour.As a consumer, I feel misled and unprotected. I trusted the platform to provide some level of merchant screening and consumer protection, yet I have been left financially prejudiced while still liable for payments.
