PayJustNow doesn't want to refund my money into my account

My name is Siphiwe and am getting frustrated with Payjustnow refunding my money back into my account, I bought a bed at mattress warehouse in December 2024 mattress was faulty and was returned back to the store. Money was paid paid by mattress warehouse into the wallet, verification process was done I completed all the necessary steps for the refund. It's been 6days my money has not been refunded into my account. What is taking so long?
