PayJustNow does not want to pay my refund - ****!!!

Please help me, I have been ****med by PayJustNow, they owe me a refund that was supposed to be paid within 2 business days, but it’s now way past those days. I have sent numerous emails and messages on the online chat service but I’ve been ignored ever since! Please report them, I’m so frustrated. They owe me R5.9k… they haven’t bothered responding.
