Payjustnow delayed Refund affecting my credit score

I have been using PayJustnow since February 2023, I bought 3 items without glitches because I never had to return them, the unfortunate part came when I bought winter boots from Superbalist and had to return them because they didn’t reflect the same quality and design as I saw in pictures. I logged a return with Superbalist and the shoes were collected on the 6th of June 2024. Refund policy takes 5 to 10 working days for siperbalist and thereafter Payjustnow needs to do necessary adjustments on their sides. Payjustnow is not answering my calls, I have tried to log a query with their chat bot to reach out yet no one has called me or come back to me yet they keep debiting my account every single day on an item that I have returned already. They debit each day because I selected a card that is no longer valid on my profile so the amount declines but this affects my credit score as records on their side are not updated and it’s already been a month trying to get hold of them, I have also sent an email seeing that the all other means of contact provided by them is not working. To date I have not been assisted and Superbalist has confirmed that they’ve done their part and Payjustnow needs to do the refund.
