Payjustnow bad review

Payjustnow service is poor and pathetic, my bank card expired and I did a new card with new CVV code, I tried to add another card to pay my second installment with no luck. I tried to contact them since 14 January 2026 via email, calling, WhatsApp, chat bot with no luck. My installment is getting higher while I try to fix it. I wouldn't advice anyone to use their services and I hope they see and fix it before I contact ombudsman. I take my credit record very serious. I'm frustrated as a client and I need assistance as soon as possible
