PayJustNow association with Anadea Pharmacy products

PayJustNow in association with Anadea are not responding to emails neither are they prepared to refund me for a product by the name of "Magnesium Glycinate" of which had a short life-span expiration date on the product. After numerous call to Anadea to have the product collected they have failed my request. However I would want a refund from PayJustNow or either Anadea. The contact person is Yaya ***. Its been a month later already and yet no refund or no response from either affiliations.
