PayJustNow – Absolutely Limited and Unhelpful

I’ve had a PayJustNow account for a while now, but never actually used it — mainly because they only gave me R1 000 credit, which is hardly worth borrowing. That’s money I can easily pay out of pocket.

Recently, I tried applying for a monthly credit, but was told flat-out “no, we can’t help you” simply because I’m not currently in South Africa. They also refused to contact me on my alternative number, even though that’s where I’m reachable.

No flexibility, no effort, no sense of customer value. Just an automated wall of “no.”

For a company that markets itself on convenience and inclusivity, PayJustNow feels absolutely limited — and ironically, not willing to just help now.
