PAYJUSTNNOW Stole my money!!!!
I made a purchase using this facility. The money was taken from my account, not once, but twice on the same day!!! I never received the WiCode. I tried calling, they referred me to the chat facility!! I've been chatting to a number of *********** people for 2 days now. I was referred to WiCode, they sent me back to PayJustNow. I'm so annoyed and frustrated with this nonsense now!!!! I've paid for items I have not received at all, and no one seems to be able to assist me.

17 Jul 2024, 15:50Hi Crystal, I have had a look at the conversations and at every point our team conveyed to you the Wicode that PicknPay use for redemptions as well as the process for them to query it with Wicogroup that issue the Wicode. I see that the wicode was redeemed on the 15th. Please reach out to us if you did not redeem that wicode.
